23rd April 2022

Checks have been routine until today. It seems the facility settles for Winter, hibernating like a mouse or bear. Even still each day a watcher stands, sternly against the winter chill; an advertisement for the facility entrance, almost mocking.

The first shipment of the year arrived today, by train I expect. Exactly four barrels, greyish-red drums as for carrying oil or fuel. Two workers emerged from the entrance in the ground and carried them in one-by-one. All the while the watcher kept its eastward gaze, not once looking in my direction.

OBSERVATIONS: One watcher. Stood at opening, looking eastward. Delivery of four barrels, unmarked. Two workers bring in barrels. Flag not raised.
